All orders will be contactless and placed in Sweet Li's pickup box. Pickup begins at 9AM Monday-Friday and 10AM Saturday & Sunday.
You may indicate a specific time on your order form and we will do our best to accommodate your request. When your deposit is paid, you will receive an email with instructions for pickup.

How do I order off of Sweet Li's Menu?
Desserts and treats must be ordered in at least a HALF DOZEN. Specialty boxes of mixed desserts can be made upon request WITH ADVANCE NOTICE.
When should I place my order?
Please place your order at least two weeks in advance to ensure the finest decorated, and most delicious custom desserts. Need desserts on a short notice? Sweet Li's understands the importance of having something sweet at all your parties and events. Although your order isn't guaranteed, please send us an email and we will do our best to fulfill your order. There will be a 25% rush fee for all orders placed with less than two weeks notice.

I follow Sweet Li's on Instagram and Facebook, can I place an order there?
Although we love to see you interacting with our social media pages, PLEASE DO NOT PLACE YOUR ORDERS THROUGH INSTAGRAM AND FACEBOOK! Orders will only be taken through email or from our online order form.
When can I expect a response back?
Please allow us 48-72 hours to read and reply to your email. If you have not received an email back within 5 days, please feel free to re-send your email.
Email inquiries sent after 6pm on Friday and through Sunday will be answered the following Monday. Thank you!
How do I pay?
Orders are not confirmed until payment in full has been made. We accept all major Debit and Credit Cards, and the Massachusetts sales tax (6.25%) will be applied to all orders.
Craving something not listed on Sweet Li's Menu?
Please send in an order form with your requested dessert. Sweet Li's will add a sweet twist to your favorite desserts and flavors through our very own custom creations.
Do you offer Nut Free, Gluten Free or Vegan dessert options?
Yes! For orders that specify a nut allergy, Sweet Li's takes all measures to prevent contamination, and ensures no nut products will be in contact with that specific order. Although our menu currently does not have gluten free and vegan options, Sweet Li's is dedicated to serving something sweet to all! Please send us an email at labella.desserts@gmail.com to inquire about gluten free and vegan desserts.
